ULTRASONIC SIEVING FOR MAXIMUM POWDER THROUGHPUT AND EFFICIENT RECOVERY

Our innovative technique ensures a free-flowing powder jet without any powder deposits and clumps. Sieves with mesh sizes between 80 and 180 μm are protected from clogging in the long term by using an ultrasonic transducer fitted outside the powder jet (sieve), the result being cleaner and more even surface coating.

EFFICIENT ULTRASONIC SIEVING TECHNOLOGY:

Not only fewer spits, minimised seeds and dirt contamination and no apparent variations in quality, but also powder savings of up to 15%. The ultrasonic transducer fixed with screws outside the sieve and the freely supported sieve make it possible to change colours quickly and easily.

NEW DIMENSIONS IN CONVEYING POWDERED MEDIA

Our powder conveying systems are among the most effective supply systems in electrostatic powder coating. The low volumes of compressed air and the low flow rate in the conveying lines with a significantly smaller cross section entail a great number of advantages compared to conventional powder conveying.

DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING:

Precisely adjustable conveying rates and gentle “low-air” conveying of material minimise deposits in the lines and prevent caking in the intake area, the benefits being short colour changing times and very long conveying routes.

CONVECTION OVENS WITH SUPERIOR INSULATING PROPERTIES AND LOW ENERGY REQUIREMENT

The oven designs are characterised by both economic efficiency and high-quality workmanship. They are made of zinc-electroplated 1.25-mm sheet-steel shell elements with minimum thermal bridges. As a result, the energy requirement can be kept to a minimum. The insulation consists of several layers of mineral fibre board with a standard thickness of 160-200 mm between the inner and outer shell, depending on the required temperature.

CURING OVENS FOR ALL CURING METHODS:

Curing ovens as continuous flow, chamber, A- and trough dryers, controlled via sensors to ensure constant temperatures and prevent overheating. Temperature loggers for reliable documentation or control panels for individual programming of the respective curing times are only some of the diverse equipment options.

RECOVERY SYSTEMS FOR LOW FILTER LOAD AND LONG SERVICE LIFE

Our filter systems are fitted with our self-developed multicell filter cartridges, reducing the space requirements, enhancing the cleaning capacity and thereby increasing the overall efficiency. The use of economical frequency converters ensures optimum energy utilisation and optimum adaptation to the local conditions.

Our paint coating plants can handle small objects with an edge length of up to 50 cm and our powder coating plants large objects of up to 10 m length, 1.8 m width and 2.5 m height.

The company H. Börger & Co GmbH has engaged in the manufacturing of technical equipment since the 1950s. Today, the focus is placed on the manufacturing of new and innovative products to meet the increasing quality requirements in surface coating, in particular the manufacturing of equipment for conveying, processing and recovering powdered media.
In addition to many other innovations, we introduced the “RPS booth system”, one of the most innovative and most economical powder booth systems, on the market.
